Values Clarity Cohorts

get clear on what matters -- in community

Most people can name a value or two. That's not the hard part.

The hard part is knowing when you're actually living in alignment with them. Or what to do when two values you care about are pulling you in opposite directions. Or realizing you want more of a value that is missing from your life and having no idea how to make room for it now.

These cohorts help you get specific. Six weeks of live collaborative work where you'll learn how to identify your values, notice when you're in or out of alignment, work through the tension when values compete, and practice making decisions that actually reflect what you care about.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of what your values are, how to use them when you're stuck or overwhelmed, and concrete tools for moving toward the life you want to be living.

Two pathways depending on where you are:

values clarity cohort

for people at a crossroads or feeling disconnected from what matters

Clarify your values, explore what's been getting in the way, and build alignment with what's true.

This cohort is for you if:

  • You're stuck, out of alignment, or unsure what you actually care about

  • Your values feel inherited or built around keeping other people comfortable

  • You're navigating a transition and need to get clear on what matters now

  • You want to do this work in community, not alone

Next cohort: Starts January 3, 2026
Meets: Saturdays, 10:30am Pacific
Investment: $770-$1,100 (~$77-$100/hour) sliding scale)

values in community cohort

for people who know their values and want to practice living them in relationship.

Navigate values-based conflict, stay connected across difference, and build capacity for solidarity without abandoning yourself.

This cohort is for you if:

  • You know what matters to you but struggle to live it when it gets hard

  • You're dealing with community fragmentation or values-based conflict

  • You want to practice staying in relationship when values diverge

  • You need space to build skills for conflict, repair, and holding difference

Recommended: Complete Values Clarity Cohort first or have done values work elsewhere

Next cohort: Likely April 2026
Meets: TBD
Investment: $770-$1,100 (~70-$100/hour) sliding scale

not sure which cohort is right for you?

Most people start with the Values Clarity Cohort, where every member explores their own values, in a supportive group setting.

The Values in Community Cohort is more focused on how these individual values manifest and get challenged in groups (and systems), and how to stay connected through disagreement.
If you're already clear on your values (you can name 3-5 easily and understand what gets in the way of living them), the Values in Community Cohort might be a better fit. We can talk through it in a free consultation.
