Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (collectively with Podia’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and, where applicable, Podia’s EU Data Processing Addendum) carefully before using www.podia.com.

1. Nature of Services

  • Felt Not Fixed Community Consulting, LLC offers coaching, consulting, facilitation, and educational resources. These are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis services, and they are not a substitute for mental health care.

  • Coaching is future-focused, collaborative, and oriented toward skill-building, clarity, and intentional action and is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition.

  • By purchasing or participating in any coaching service, you acknowledge that you understand the distinction between coaching and therapy, and that no therapeutic or medical relationship is established.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All coaching sessions, workshops, groups, classes, and products must be booked and paid for via Podia, Stripe, or other designated platforms.

  • Pricing varies by product; pricing details are listed on each product page.

  • Many services offer payment plans, and some require a non-refundable deposit.

    • The non-refundable deposit is due at purchase. If purchasing via Podia, the remaining balance will be automatically charged after a month. If purchasing via Stripe, the remaining balance will be charged on the day of your scheduled session.

  • By purchasing, you agree to keep a valid card on file.

  • By purchasing a session, package, or payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount regardless of participation. Payment plans must be completed on time. Failed or missed payments will suspend services until paid. If payment is not received within 7 days of a failed attempt, I may charge the card on file for the remaining balance, send an updated invoice, or take lawful steps to collect the debt. Any collection costs may be added to the balance.


3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refunds

  • Individual Coaching Sessions (including extended sessions):

    • Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice (or no-shows) will be charged in full. If you have any questions, reach out before booking.

    • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Workshops, Groups, and Live Classes:

    • Registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by me.

    • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice (or no-shows) will be charged in full. If you have any questions, reach out before booking.

    • If you cannot attend a live session, recordings or materials (if applicable) will be provided when possible.

      • Due to the nature of community support, recordings may not always be possible in order to maintain participants' privacy.

  • Self-Paced or Digital Resources:

    • All sales are final once the product is delivered or accessed.

    • If you experience technical issues or have questions about your purchase, please reach out and I’ll do my best to assist you.


4. Technology & Access

  • You are responsible for having the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in online coaching sessions, courses, or events.

  • If technical issues on your end prevent participation, standard cancellation and refund policies still apply.

  • If technical issues on my end prevent a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.


5. Privacy

  • Coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm, legal obligation).

  • Group settings are not bound by legal confidentiality. Participants agree to respect each other’s privacy and not share identifying information outside the group.

  • Podia's "Community" feature is a supportive environment intended for connection and sharing. Participation is never required and members are permitted to terminate use at any time.

    • Please respect the privacy of others in this community space by not screenshotting, quoting, or sharing posts or personal information outside the group.

    • Please be aware that this is not a confidential space—anything shared here may be visible to other members.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after coaching.

  • You agree to show up prepared, on time, and ready to engage in the process.

  • You acknowledge that results depend on your participation and follow-through.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, exercises, and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felt Not Fixed Community Consulting, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or materials.
