a fix or a quick shift. We're going to touch on parts of your life that haven't had room to breathe, and that means sitting with what's uncomfortable
We meet weekly for 90 minutes via Zoom. Each session includes guided values exploration, group reflection, and time to process what's emerging. You'll complete workbook prompts between sessions to deepen the work.
Each member will meet with me individually for a welcome meeting prior to the cohort, and a debrief meeting following the cohort. Combined with the six 90-min weekly groups, you get 11 hours of focused group values work.

This cohort uses a sliding scale based on financial access. Choose the price that reflects your current capacity. If you can pay more, it helps sustain the work and makes space for those who need the lower tier.
This tier is for those who have access to income but:
Are a gig or seasonal worker, or have sporadic employment
Can afford necessities and extras (treats, drinks, take-out, events, etc.)
Can't afford a higher tier but do not face the same barriers as those needing scholarship slots.
This tier is the cost of this service in the absence of a sliding scale.
For those who may:
Make minimum wage, are self-employed, or have had a good pay period
Have access to financial support (savings, family members, partners, etc.)
Be able to pay rent and bills consistently
Booking this tier helps create scholarship slots.
For those who may:
Own a vehicle or property
Have employee benefits
Travel
Occasionally contribute to a savings account
Value participating in mutual aid
Come from privilege (including whiteness)
Limited scholarship slots are available for those struggling with access to basic needs (housing, food, childcare, etc.) due to systemic barriers such as:
Age, disability, immigration status, or incarceration history
Choosing between survival items (food vs medicine, etc.)
Family history of enslavement or forced displacement.
