welcome to felt not fixed

a space for people tired of pretending things are fine

hi, I'm Caryn (they/none)

I help people reconnect to themselves, their values, and each other in a world that encourages disconnection.

I offer non-clinical coaching, consulting, and facilitation for people navigating grief, burnout, meaning-making, unmasking, and the quiet (or loud) work of trying to live with integrity in an overwhelming world.

the world is overwhelming and your feelings make sense

we live in a world that often rewards disconnection and performance over presence. so if you're exhausted from pretending you're fine, burned out in work that doesn't match your values, or just done managing everyone else's comfort—you're not alone.

what coaching with me is

coaching here means: figuring out what you actually want (not what you think you should want). building a life that aligns with your values instead of just performing one. practicing being less small, less apologetic, less managed by other people's comfort.

ways to work together

Whether you want one-on-one support, are looking for collective healing, or prefer to go at your own pace—there are a few ways to connect:

be! more! annoying!

a workshop for people who've been told they're too much.

you're not too much. you're not too sensitive. you've just been told your needs are burdens.

a workshop that teaches you to practice advocating for yourself — without apology, without shrinking, without managing everyone else's comfort.

you'll only get notified for this offering!

how i work

My approach is grounded in lived experience, liberatory psychology, and a deep belief that your sensitivity, authenticity, rage, and softness are all signs of your humanity—not your failure.

Together, we make space for what’s real. We stay with the hard questions and feelings. We practice being human without needing to ~optimize~ or perform.

Let's put your energy and care back where it belongs -- in yourself, your beliefs, and your community.

Book me for your next event or training

i lead workshops, talks, and trainings for therapists, community groups, and anyone wrestling with what it means to be human right now. Whether you're hosting a conference, recording a podcast, or building space for your team to connect more deeply—I'd love to be part of it.
