Improv for Perfectionists is a low-pressure workshop where we use gentle improv exercises to loosen rigid inner rules, practice taking up space, and play with being imperfect on purpose. No theater background needed. Just curiosity, a little willingness to be weird, and space to explore what permission can feel like.
